What he does
Four kinds of
night out
Same kit, same care, different job. Tell Paul which one you're planning and he'll price it properly rather than sending a menu.
The set sheet
How your event
actually runs
Everyone asks the same thing: what happens when? This is the shape of a typical evening, built backwards from your last song. Yours gets mapped out with you before the day.
watch the line fill as you scroll ↓
Guests arrive
Kit is already in, tested and tidy. Background music at a level people can talk over, because nobody wants to shout at their nan across a table.
The room changes gear
Food winds down, tables move, the floor opens up. Paul works the timings with the venue team so the gap doesn't drag and the energy doesn't drop through the floor.
The bit most people forget to planThe big moment
First dance, birthday entrance, awards, cake cutting, whatever yours is. Planned properly, cued at the right second, and with everyone exactly where they need to be for it.
Dry ice availableFilling the floor
The songs that get the older guests up before they head off. Motown, soul, a bit of disco. This hour decides whether the rest of the night works.
Full tilt
Lighting up, tempo up. Your requests, your must-plays, and whatever the room is clearly asking for. Paul watches the floor, not the laptop.
The final half hour
The big singalongs. Everyone in a circle, arms round each other, phones out. This is the part that ends up on Instagram.
Your last song
You choose it. Paul makes sure the room knows it's coming so the floor is packed for it, then packs down quietly while you say your goodbyes.
The rig
What turns up
in the van
All of it owned, maintained and tested, and always the latest and greatest kit. Nothing hired in at the last minute.
Flight case, checked twice
The booth front is chosen to suit your venue: white gloss, rustic wood or LED. It should look like it belongs in your photos, not like a market stall.

Photo booth
35+ backdrops.
One very
busy queue.
Open booth, unlimited prints all night, and an attendant who keeps the props tidy and the queue moving. Every image lands in a private online gallery the next morning, and there is a guest book if you want one.

What people said
the morning after
Placeholder review. Two or three sentences works best, and the strongest ones mention a specific moment, like the first dance or the fact the floor never emptied.
Placeholder review. Pull these straight from Facebook, Google or the thank you cards, and ask permission before using full names.
Placeholder review. One from a corporate client balances the set nicely and shows he is not weddings only.

Saturdays in summer go early, so it is worth asking now even if the rest of the plan is nowhere near finished. You will hear back within 24 hours, usually a lot sooner.
